Each of these arrangements is made completely in the environment using only what is available in that time and place. In Northern Australia the season changes dramatically from annual fires blackening the landscape to monsoonal downpours that make dusty creek beads turn to raging torrents. Making these works using only what is the environment on that day means that the work changes as the environment changes, different every time, inspired by the season and the life giving eb and flow of the river.
