Wallets who were sent these badges from the original user are founders, sponsors and contributors to the Rottenswap NFT series, for Rottenswap.org
In Q4 2020, Cargo sponsored the Rottenswap NFT program by providing 1000 Cargo gems, which allowed users to earn mint credits to save on fees when minting on Cargo.
