Genesis Pass holders are the most powerful members of the Cap3 community. They have the most voting power and are entitled to the most lucrative revenue share from projects launched through Cap3.

Minting is available by invite-only. You can apply here until all 500 are sold:
https://cap3collective.io/apply/. An additional 1,500 Genesis tokens will be distributed to the 500 holders once the Genesis mint has sold out. Those additional tokens can be sold on the secondary market. Alternatively, the holders can retain the NFT and continue to enjoy the revenue share each token provides its owner.

Cap3 Collective is platform that connects Web3 creators with funding opportunities. Anyone can submit a project proposal to Cap3 – the community of token holders will vote to select proposals to receive funding. Proposals that are not selected by members will be connected with Cap3’s network of venture capital firms.
