This ERC-1155 will grant their owners the 'option' to exchange a Nippy Option for a real Nippy ERC-721. ERC-721s will be acquired in a vault to ensure reserves for option holders. Option holders can trade, transfer, and sell their ERC-1155s at any point in time as well.
