4WARD by Daniel Crossan

4WARD is my new ongoing collection of digital paintings that are minted with a custom ERC-721 contract by Manifold.
By minting on a custom contract these works are not tied to a platform and are better 'future-proofed' than anything that I have minted before.
These pieces continue to move my digital work into a more organic and textural aesthetic, instinctual mark-making and paint drips that mirror my larger physical works.
The first pieces in this collection have been created at a time where I seek to re-discover some balance after a traumatic personal loss, finding comfort in my art practise and in my close knit online community but needing to stay guarded to protect the limited energy that I have
