# What are Knuckleheadz?
KnuckleHeadz are the brainchild of Ruben "Dario" Ramirez and is the first PFP project under the Animus Collective.

Inspired by the iconic and vibrant people of New York City, this project is a celebration of urban/inner-city culture and people.

## This project's heart is the desire to uplift and support organizations and small businesses in inner-city communities. Our goal is not just to do another collectible project but to create a way to help the people and movements positively impact under-served communities.

We’ve worked hard to build a project that looks cool and does a great job of representing the many faces you would see around the city. Both Dario and Animus would not want to put our name behind rushed, thoughtless work. So we are doing our best to ensure that this project has the highest quality artwork we can muster.
