Downtown is a nine-district area in a fictional and futuristic world. The cyborgs in this post-apocalyptic world are controlled by the District Authority, which monitors their thoughts, feelings, and actions. They are forced to work and live in the different districts of downtown, and know nothing about any other life outside of the District.
