This is a commemorative token marking the Mirror.xyz publication of my proposal for Toggle Noggles, a Nounish project imagineered in response to Nouns Builder's "Ideas are Valuable" funding round on Prop Hous. Proposals were accepted from Dec. 5, 2022, to Dec. 19, 2022.

Toggle Noggles are conceived as super-powered Noggles (aka Nouns glasses) that serve as a collectible display for other NFTs, remixing those NFTs in a manner that — I really, really hope — lawyers will agree falls under the doctrine of fair use.
